  • Payment Options
    • Acceptable forms of payment are credit card, wire transfer, COD, money order, cashier's check, company checks and personal checks.
    • Corporate PO may be accepted for qualified buyers Credit card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover
    • Smartech Consulting shall automatically charge and withhold 8.75% sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California.
    • Smartech prefers PayPal
  • Warranty
    • Smartech Consulting offers 90-day warranty against DOA.
    • Extended warranty is available for Network Appliance equipment.
  • Shipping Policy
    • Most products may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of your product's shipping date.
    • All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
    • In case of return, the buyer should return everything in the package and pay for the return shipping cost if the equipment is not defective.
    • If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.
  • Return Policy
    • Buyer pays the actual shipping cost.
    • Items are shipped 24-48 hours after your order is placed.
    • Next Day Air and Second Day Air is not excluded from this processing time.
    • Your tracking number will be emailed to you after shipment.
