Network Appliance NetApp GF825 V-Series Filer Head supports multiprotocol operating systems to meet access requirements for enterprises of all sizes with terabytes capacity and can be configured simultaneous across two systems.
- Like all NetApp storage appliances, gFiler is based on the
industry-hardened Data ONTAPT microkernel operating system, which supports
multiprotocol services and advanced data management capabilities for
consolidating, protecting, and recovering mission-critical data for
enterprise applications and users.
- The NetApp gFiler product line offers the performance and capacity to
meet access requirements for enterprises of all sizes. All three
models-GF960, GF940, and GF825-deliver industry-leading performance, offer
terabytes of managed capacity, and can be configured for simultaneous
active/active access with secure failover across two independent systems in
a cluster. Massive SAN and NAS consolidation is now a reality using multiple
gFiler systems and SAN storage systems configured in a scalable SAN
infrastructure.
- A Gateway consists of a Network Appliance filer attached to a Freedom
Storage Lightning or V Series array directly or via a Fibre Channel switch.
It comes in three models - the GF940, GF960 and the GF825 - which make as
much as 48 terabytes of data available.

We offer One Year Next Business Day Advance Replacement
Warranty on this product for customers in the United States. This warranty
also includes free phone and email installation technical support. We pay
for shipment of replacement parts to you and provide a prepaid UPS return
label. International customers still receive the One Year Warranty, but
replacement parts are delivered by UPS WorldWide Expedited and Next Business
Day delivery is not offered for all countries. International customers are
also responsible for paying return freight charges on the defective parts.
