The Expo FTB-400 Universal Test System combines physical-, optical- and protocol-layer testing in a single box. Choose the two-slot configuration for OTDR, OLTS and GigE applications, or the seven-slot configuration for dispersion characterization (PMD and CD), DWDM testing (OSA and MWM) and protocol (SONET/SDH/datacom) testing. In addition, use the optical switch for high-fiber-count testing and the modular printer for field reporting. A quick, simple operation lets you change configurations as needed, and the multitasking advantage lets you switch between applications as they acquire, analyze and process data. The FTB-400 platform runs powerful Windows-based ToolBox 6 software, and provides what you need for efficient, cost-effective network installation, maintenance and troubleshooting—all in a rugged, splashproof platform for streamlined field testing.
